On the auspicious occasion of the 72nd birthday of His Majesty the King, Siam Center invites you to join “The Shining of Yellow Star” event. This event draws inspiration from the Yellow Star flower and includes activities like designing a unique Yellow Star flower in an Interactive Art Space. There will also be a T-shirt screen printing activity featuring Yellow Star flower designs by renowned Thai artists ML Chiratorn Chirapravati, Rukkit Satapornvajana, and Spun Inthawong. Proceeds after expenses will be donated to the Crown Prince Hospital Foundation. The event runs from 19 - 29 July 2024.

D.I.Y T-shirt screen printing with Yellow Star flower by three famous artists:
- ML Chiratorn Chirapravati, a legendary Thai illustrator, has created a design featuring the Yellow Star flower with a plump bee on its petal.
- Rukkit Satapornvajana, an internationally renowned graphic designer and street art artist, has created a five-petal Yellow Star flower design resembling stars in the skies.
- Spun Inthawong, also known as S P U N, is a visual communication artist who has collaborated with numerous Thai and international brands. This time, she is working with Siam Center, drawing inspiration from the growth of the Yellow Star flower, which blooms into large clusters. This growth symbolises the collective power of the people coming together to create something beautiful for the country. The Yellow Star flowers are arranged to form the number 72, honouring the King through this powerful symbolism.
For a donation of 250 baht, participants can join the D.I.Y T-Shirt screen printing activity for 1 design, with additional designs available for 50 baht each.
- For a donation of 100 baht, participate in D.I.Y Workshops to paint, sculpt, and create accessories with university students
- Paint the Yellow Star flower fans with students from the Faculty of Industrial Textiles and Fashion Design, Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon, and the Faculty of Fine Arts, Fashion and Lifestyle Product Design Department (Fashion Design), Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. - Create the Yellow Star flower accessories from Japanese clay with students from Faculty of Home Economics Technology, Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. (At: 12.00 / 14:00 / 16:00 / 18:00)
