1. Collect receipts from purchases made at participating stores in Siam Center and Siam Discovery (a maximum of 2 receipts may be combined per 1 redemption) to redeem a SIAM GIFT CARD on the same day only at the Information Counter on G, M, and 2 Floors at Siam Center and G Floor at Siam Discovery
2. SIAM GIFT CARD can be used for shopping or dining at participating stores and restaurants in Siam Center and Siam Discovery according to the conditions stated on the card
3. 1 SIAM GIFT CARD can be used for 1 shopping or dining receipt only
4. SIAM GIFT CARD is valid until 15 Aug 2026 only
5. Receipts already used to redeem this promotion cannot be used to redeem other mall promotions
6. If the receipt owner (as named on the receipt) wishes to authorize another person to act on their behalf, or wishes to transfer the right to another person, the representative or assignee must present a copy of the receipt owner’s ID card signed by the receipt owner and clearly stating authorization for such action to the staff at the Information Counter (a representative may act on behalf of others for up to 2 rights/person/day only)
7. Not eligible for participation: tax invoices/receipts issued in a company name, tax invoices/receipts without a receipt number, electronic tax invoices/receipts, copied receipts, splitting 1 product purchase into more than 1 receipt, receipts showing a time before mall opening hours, combining receipts between shopping centers, purchase of gift vouchers or prepaid cards from stores, receipts for products and services purchased through online channels, and purchases made on ONESIAM SUPERAPP, including receipts showing payment via food delivery platforms, receipts partially or fully paid by CREDIT NOTE / ACCOUNT CREDIT /PAYMENT ON CREDIT / STORE CREDIT, advance payment for goods, payments partially or fully resulting from product exchange or return, booking receipts, incomplete payment and all types of deposit payment (DEPOSIT PAYMENT), purchases for trade / wholesale / commercial resale, utility payments or investment purchases such as water bills, electricity bills, mobile phone bills, investment units, life insurance, purchase of mobile top-up cards, and currency exchange (EXCHANGE)
8. Not eligible for participation: copied receipts, or splitting 1 item purchase into more than 1 receipt
9. SIAM GIFT CARD redemption is reserved only for customers who present complete documents, including qualifying receipts from participating stores, the redeemer’s national ID card, and a credit card plus credit card sales slip (if payment was made by credit card)
10. Rights are reserved for customers redeeming in person only. If unable to redeem in person, an authorization letter is required solely for receiving the complimentary gift. An authorized representative may receive authorization for up to 2 rights/person/day only
11. Each person may queue to redeem only 1 right at a time. Complimentary gifts are reserved for those with receipts meeting the specified conditions until the allotted rights are fully claimed
12. For handwritten receipts, the customer’s name must be clearly stated, and the shopping center reserves the right to photocopy and retain them
13. The shopping center is not responsible for errors arising from communication by tenant store sales staff
14. Store owners and tenant store sales staff who purchase products from their own stores are not eligible to participate in the promotional campaign. The company reserves the right to reclaim the SIAM GIFT CARD or cancel the SIAM GIFT CARD redemption in all cases if a violation of the stated conditions is found
15. If it is found that the person redeeming the right is not the owner of the receipt used for redemption or is not the actual purchaser, the shopping center reserves the right to cancel the complimentary gift
16. Complimentary gifts cannot be changed and/or exchanged for cash and/or other complimentary gifts
17. Customers who have already redeemed complimentary gifts from this promotional campaign cannot request any changes to the complimentary gifts in any case
18. The company reserves the right to change complimentary gifts / benefits and terms and conditions without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the company’s decision shall be final and binding
