*Terms and Conditions
1. Collect receipts from shopping and dining purchases at stores and restaurants in Siam Center and Siam Discovery (a maximum of 2 receipts can be combined per 1 redemption) to redeem the complimentary gift on the same day only. 
2. Receipts already used to redeem this promotion cannot be used to redeem other mall promotions.
3. If the receipt owner (as named on the receipt) wishes to authorize another person to act on their behalf, or transfer the privilege to another person, the representative or assignee must present a signed copy of the receipt owner’s ID card with a clearly stated authorization message granting the right to proceed, to the staff at the INFORMATION COUNTER. (A representative may act on behalf of no more than 2 privileges/person/day only.)
4. The following are excluded from the promotion: tax invoices/receipts issued in a company name, tax invoices/receipts without a receipt number, electronic tax invoices/receipts, copied receipts, splitting 1 item purchase into more than 1 receipt, receipts showing a time before the shopping center opens, combining receipts from stores across shopping centers, purchases of gift vouchers or prepaid cards from various stores, receipts from online purchases of goods and services, purchases on the ONESIAM SUPERAPP, including receipts showing payment through various FOOD DELIVERY PLATFORM services, receipts with partial or full payment made by CREDIT NOTE / ACCOUNT CREDIT / PAYMENT ON CREDIT / STORE CREDIT, advance payment for goods, partial or full payment amounts resulting from product exchange or return, product reservation receipts, incomplete payment for goods, and all types of product deposits (DEPOSIT PAYMENT), purchases for trade/wholesale/commercial resale, utility payments or purchases for investment such as water bills, electricity bills, mobile phone bills, investment units, life insurance premiums, purchases of prepaid phone cards, and currency exchange (EXCHANGE).
5. The following are excluded from the promotion: copied receipts, and splitting the receipt for 1 item into more than 1 receipt. 
6. Complimentary gift redemption is reserved only for customers who present complete documentation, including eligible receipts from participating stores, the redeemer’s national ID card, and the credit card plus credit card sales slip (in the case of credit card payment).
7. Privileges are reserved for customers redeeming in person only. If unable to redeem in person, an authorization letter is required solely for collecting the complimentary gift. The authorized representative may accept authorization for no more than 2 privileges/person/day only.
8. Each person is limited to queueing to redeem 1 privilege at a time only. Complimentary gifts are reserved for those whose receipts fully meet the specified conditions, until all privileges are fully claimed.
9. In the case of handwritten receipts, the customer’s name must be clearly stated, and the shopping center reserves the right to keep a photocopy.
10. The shopping center is not responsible for any errors arising from communication by leased store sales staff.
11. Store owners and leased store sales staff who purchase products from their own stores are not eligible to participate in this sales promotion. The company reserves the right to reclaim the complimentary gift or cancel the redemption in all cases if an inspection finds non-compliance with the specified conditions. 
12. If it is found that the person redeeming the privilege is not the owner of the receipt used for redemption or is not the actual purchaser, the shopping center reserves the right to cancel the complimentary gift.
13. Complimentary gifts cannot be changed and/or exchanged for cash and/or other complimentary gifts.
14. The company reserves the right that those who have already redeemed a complimentary gift from this promotion cannot request any change to the complimentary gift under any circumstances.
15. The company reserves the right to change complimentary gifts/benefits and terms and conditions without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the company’s decision shall be final and binding.
