1. Collect receipts from purchases at SEPHORA Siam Center (up to 2 receipts may be combined per 1 redemption) to redeem the E-CASH COUPON on the same day only at the INFORMATION COUNTER on G, M, and 2 floors of Siam Center
2. The E-CASH COUPON can be used to purchase products or dine at participating retail stores and restaurants in Siam Center and Siam Discovery, subject to the conditions stated on the coupon
3. One E-CASH COUPON may be used for one purchase or dining receipt only
4. The E-CASH COUPON is valid until 31 Oct 2026 only
5. Receipts already used to redeem this promotion cannot be used to redeem other mall promotions
6. If the receipt owner (as named on the receipt) wishes to authorize another person to act on their behalf, or transfer the right to another person, the representative or assignee must present a signed copy of the receipt owner’s ID card together with a clearly stated authorization message to the staff at the INFORMATION COUNTER (a representative may act on behalf of no more than 2 rights per person per day only)
7. Exclusions apply: tax invoices/receipts issued in a company name, tax invoices/receipts without a receipt number, electronic tax invoices/receipts, copied receipts, purchases of 1 item split into more than 1 receipt, receipts showing a time before the shopping center opens, combining receipts from stores across shopping centers, purchase of gift vouchers or prepaid cards from various stores, receipts from purchases of products and services through online channels, and purchases on the ONESIAM SUPERAPP, including receipts indicating payment via various FOOD DELIVERY PLATFORMs, receipts with partial or full payment made by CREDIT NOTE / ACCOUNT CREDIT / PAYMENT ON CREDIT / STORE CREDIT, advance payment for products, partial or full payment amounts resulting from product exchanges or returns, product reservation receipts, incomplete product payment and all types of deposit payments (DEPOSIT PAYMENT), purchases for trade/wholesale/commercial resale, payment of utilities or purchases for investment such as water bills, electricity bills, mobile phone bills, investment units, life insurance premiums, purchase of prepaid phone cards, and currency exchange (EXCHANGE)
8. Exclusions apply: copied receipts, purchases of 1 item split into more than 1 receipt
9. Redemption of the E-CASH COUPON is reserved only for those who present complete documentation, including receipts meeting the conditions from participating stores, the redeemer’s national ID card, and a credit card plus credit card sales slip (if paid by credit card)
10. Rights are reserved for customers who redeem in person only. If unable to redeem in person, an authorization letter is required solely for collecting the complimentary gift. An authorized representative may accept authorization for no more than 2 rights per person per day only
11. Limited to 1 right per queue per person at a time. Complimentary gifts are reserved for those with receipts that meet the specified conditions until all rights are fully claimed
12. For handwritten receipts, the customer’s name must be clearly specified, and the shopping center reserves the right to make and retain a photocopy
13. The shopping center is not responsible for errors arising from communication by tenant store sales staff
14. Store owners and tenant sales staff who purchase products within their own stores are not eligible to participate in this sales promotion. The company reserves the right to reclaim the E-CASH COUPON or cancel the E-CASH COUPON redemption in all cases if any violation of the stated conditions is found
15. If it is found that the person redeeming the right is not the owner of the receipt used for redemption or is not the actual purchaser, the shopping center reserves the right to cancel the complimentary gift
16. Complimentary gifts cannot be changed and/or exchanged for cash and/or other complimentary gifts
17. The company reserves the right that those who have already redeemed a complimentary gift from this promotion cannot request any change to the complimentary gift in any case
18. The company reserves the right to change complimentary gifts/benefits and conditions without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the company’s decision shall be final and binding
