1.Collect receipts from purchases at SEPHORA Siam Center (a maximum of 2 receipts can be combined per 1 redemption) to redeem the gift on the same day only at the Information Counter on G, M, and 2 floors at Siam Center
2.Receipts already used to redeem this promotion cannot be used to redeem other mall promotions
3.If the receipt owner (as named on the receipt) wishes to authorize another person to act on their behalf, or to transfer the right to another person, the representative or assignee must present a copy of the receipt owner’s ID card signed by the receipt owner, clearly stating that the representative or assignee is authorized to carry out such action, to the staff at the INFORMATION COUNTER (a representative may act on behalf of no more than 2 rights/person/day only)
4.The following are excluded from the promotion: tax invoices/receipts issued in a company name, tax invoices/receipts without a receipt number, electronic tax invoices/receipts, copied receipts, purchase of 1 item split into more than 1 receipt, receipts showing a time before the shopping center opens, combined receipts from stores across shopping centers, purchase of gift vouchers or prepaid cards from various stores, receipts from purchases of goods and services via online channels, purchases on ONESIAM SUPERAPP, including receipts indicating payment through various FOOD DELIVERY PLATFORM services, receipts with partial or full payment by CREDIT NOTE / ACCOUNT CREDIT / PAYMENT ON CREDIT / STORE CREDIT, advance payment for goods, partial or full payment from product exchange or return, product reservation receipts, incomplete payment and all types of deposit payment (DEPOSIT PAYMENT), purchases for trade/wholesale/commercial resale, utility payments or purchases for investment purposes such as water bills, electricity bills, mobile phone bills, investment units, life insurance, purchase of phone top-up cards, and currency exchange (EXCHANGE)
5.The following are excluded from the promotion: copied receipts, purchase of 1 item split into more than 1 receipt
6.Gifts can be redeemed only by those presenting complete documents, including qualifying receipts from participating stores, the redeemer’s ID card, and the credit card plus credit card sales slip (if payment was made by credit card)
7.Rights are reserved for customers redeeming in person only. If unable to redeem in person, an authorization letter must be provided solely for gift redemption. An authorized representative may receive authorization for no more than 2 rights/person/day only
8.Each person is limited to queueing for redemption of only 1 right at a time. Gifts are reserved for those whose receipts fully meet the specified conditions until all rights are fully claimed
9.For handwritten receipts, the customer’s name must be clearly stated, and the shopping center reserves the right to make and retain a photocopy
10.The shopping center is not responsible for errors arising from communication by staff of tenant stores
11.Store owners and staff of tenant stores who purchase products in their own stores are not eligible to participate in this sales promotion. The company reserves the right to reclaim gifts or cancel gift redemption in all cases if inspection finds that the specified conditions have been violated
12.If it is found that the redeemer is not the owner of the receipt used for redemption or is not the actual purchaser, the shopping center reserves the right to cancel the granting of such gift
13.Gifts cannot be changed and/or exchanged for cash and/or other gifts
14.The company reserves the right that those who have already redeemed gifts from this sales promotion cannot request any changes to the gifts in any case
15.The company reserves the right to change gifts/benefits and conditions without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the company’s decision shall be final and binding

**Discount redemption terms and conditions
1.Show the QR CODE in ONESIAM SUPERAPP at SEPHORA, G floor, Siam Center for scanning during payment
2.1 code can be scanned for payment only once
3.Press to use the coupon and show the QR CODE in front of the store staff until the transaction is completed successfully** If the ONESIAM SUPERAPP application is closed before the transaction is completed, the coupon cannot be used again, and no compensation can be provided if the member does not follow the specified steps
4.Once the coupon is activated, it will expire within 60 minutes
