1. Collect receipts from purchases at the SEPHORA MAKE UP FOR EVER POP-UP (up to 2 receipts may be combined per 1 redemption) to redeem a SIAM GIFT CARD on the same day only at the Information Counter on G, M, and 2nd floors, Siam Center.
2. SIAM GIFT CARD can be used to purchase products or dine at participating shops and restaurants in Siam Center and Siam Discovery, subject to the conditions stated on the card.
3. One SIAM GIFT CARD can be used for one purchase or dining receipt only.
4. SIAM GIFT CARD is valid only until 31 Jul 2026.
5. Receipts already used to redeem this promotion cannot be used to redeem any other mall promotions.
6. If the receipt owner (as named on the receipt) wishes to authorize another person to act on their behalf, or to transfer the right to another person, the representative or assignee must present a copy of the receipt owner's national ID card signed by the receipt owner, together with a clearly written authorization statement granting such right to the representative or assignee, to the staff at the Information Counter. (A representative may act on behalf of others for up to 2 rights per person per day only.)
7. The following are not eligible: tax invoices/receipts issued in a company name, tax invoices/receipts without a receipt number, electronic tax invoices/receipts, copied receipts, splitting one product purchase into more than one receipt, receipts showing a time before mall opening hours, combining receipts from stores across shopping centers, purchases of gift vouchers or prepaid cards from stores, receipts from online purchases of products and services, purchases made on ONESIAM SUPERAPP, including receipts showing payment through various FOOD DELIVERY PLATFORM services, receipts with partial or full payment made by CREDIT NOTE / ACCOUNT CREDIT / PAYMENT ON CREDIT / STORE CREDIT, advance payment for products, partial or full product payment resulting from product exchange or return, product reservation receipts, incomplete payment and all types of deposits (DEPOSIT PAYMENT), purchases for trade / wholesale / commercial resale, utility payments or investment-related purchases such as water bills, electricity bills, mobile phone bills, investment units, life insurance, prepaid mobile top-ups, and currency exchange (EXCHANGE).
8. The following are not eligible: copied receipts, or splitting the receipt for the purchase of 1 item into more than 1 receipt.
9. SIAM GIFT CARD redemption is reserved only for customers who present complete documents, including eligible receipts from participating stores, the redeemer’s national ID card, and the credit card plus credit card sales slip (if payment was made by credit card).
10. Redemption rights are reserved for customers who redeem in person only. If unable to redeem in person, an authorization letter is required solely for receiving the complimentary gift. An authorized representative may accept authorization for up to 2 rights per person per day only.
11. Each person may queue to redeem only 1 right at a time. Complimentary gifts are reserved for those whose receipts meet the specified conditions, until all rights are fully claimed.
12. In the case of handwritten receipts, the customer’s name must be clearly stated, and the shopping center reserves the right to make and keep a photocopy.
13. The shopping center is not responsible for errors arising from communication by tenant store sales staff.
14. Store owners and tenant store sales staff who purchase products within their own stores are not eligible to participate in this sales promotion. The company reserves the right to reclaim the SIAM GIFT CARD or cancel the SIAM GIFT CARD redemption in all cases if inspection finds non-compliance with the specified conditions.
15. If it is found that the person redeeming the right is not the owner of the receipt used for redemption, or is not the actual purchaser, the shopping center reserves the right to cancel the granting of such complimentary gift.
16. Complimentary gifts cannot be changed and/or exchanged for cash and/or other complimentary gifts.
17. The company reserves the right that those who have already redeemed a complimentary gift from this promotion cannot request any change to the complimentary gift under any circumstances.
18. The company reserves the right to change complimentary gifts / benefits and conditions without prior notice. In case of dispute, the company’s decision shall be final and binding.
