*Terms and Conditions 
1.Collect receipts from purchases made at participating stores in Siam Center (a maximum of 2 receipts may be combined per 1 redemption) to redeem show tickets on the same day only at the Information Counter, G Floor, Siam Center.
2.Receipts that have already been used to redeem this promotion cannot be used to redeem other promotions of the shopping center.
3.If the receipt owner (according to the name stated on the receipt) wishes to authorize another person to act on their behalf, or wishes to transfer the right to another person, the representative or assignee must present a copy of the receipt owner's ID card bearing the owner's signature and a clearly stated authorization message granting the representative or assignee the right to proceed, to the staff at the Information Counter. (A representative may act on behalf of no more than 2 rights per person per day.)
4.The following are not eligible for participation: tax invoices/receipts issued in a company name, tax invoices/receipts without a receipt number, electronic tax invoices/receipts, copied receipts, purchases of 1 item split into more than 1 receipt, receipts showing a time before the shopping center opens, combining receipts from stores across different shopping centers, purchases of gift vouchers or prepaid cards from various stores, receipts from purchases of goods and services via online channels, and purchases on ONESIAM SUPERAPP, including receipts indicating payment through various FOOD DELIVERY PLATFORMs, receipts with partial or full payment made by CREDIT NOTE / ACCOUNT CREDIT / PAYMENT ON CREDIT / STORE CREDIT, advance payment for products, partial or full payment amounts resulting from product exchange or return, product reservation receipts, incomplete product payment, and deposits of all kinds (DEPOSIT PAYMENT), purchases for trade/wholesale/commercial resale, utility payments or purchases for investment such as water bills, electricity bills, mobile phone bills, investment units, life insurance premiums, purchases of phone top-up cards, and currency exchange (EXCHANGE).
5.The following are not eligible for participation: copied receipts, or purchases of 1 item split into more than 1 receipt.
6.Show ticket redemption is reserved only for those who present complete documents, including eligible receipts from participating stores, the redeemer's national ID card, and credit card and credit card sales slip (in case of credit card payment).
7.Rights are reserved for customers who redeem in person only. If unable to redeem in person, an authorization letter is required solely for collecting the complimentary item. Authorized representatives may receive authorization for no more than 2 rights per person per day.
8.Each person may queue to redeem only 1 right at a time. Complimentary items are reserved for those whose receipts meet the specified conditions until all rights are fully redeemed.
9.If submitting a handwritten receipt, the customer's name must be clearly stated, and the shopping center reserves the right to make and keep a photocopy.
10.The shopping center is not responsible for any errors arising from communication by tenant store sales staff.
11.Store owners and tenant store sales staff who purchase products from their own stores are not eligible to participate in this sales promotion. The company reserves the right to reclaim complimentary items or cancel any redemption in all cases if any violation of the specified conditions is found.
12.If it is found that the person redeeming the right is not the owner of the receipt used for redemption or is not the actual purchaser, the shopping center reserves the right to cancel the issuance of the show ticket.
13.Show tickets cannot be changed and/or exchanged for cash and/or other complimentary items.
14.The company reserves the right that recipients who have already redeemed a complimentary item from this sales promotion cannot request any changes to the complimentary item in any case.
